The practice has developed from its origins in Eastbourne over a period of 40 years. During
this time we have evolved a philosophy of designing buildings that are gentle to the eye and
in sympathy with their environment, whilst fulfilling the client’s requirements. This approach has been taken with many projects. These range from major commercial
schemes to domestic alterations and from new projects on green field sites to Grade l Listed
Buildings within Conservation Areas.
As architects we are equipped to handle clients’ requirements from their initial thoughts
through the Design and Planning stages to the completion of the finished building. We are
able to provide specialist services in Town Planning or Interior Design to support a project’s
specific needs.
The practice has wide experience of negotiations with Statutory and Local Authorities and
administration of building contracts in their many forms. |
