Belmore Road posed a more complicated question given the restricted access and the awkward site footprint. However, by aligning proposals with the eastern footprint of the existing external walls, four dwellings have been positioned on site without worsening the risk of overlooking to the neighbouring properties to the east or north. Due to the shape of the site and orientation of the new houses, the design ensures that the existing dwellings to the west and south, will not be overlooked.
Construction of Belmore Road residential housing is nearing completion and will be ready for occupation in the near future.
