Eastbourne Homes Ltd – Coventry Court, Belmore Road & Tenterden Close, Eastbourne

The design for Coventry Court, in particular, was to provide a building that enhances, in a sensitive and evolutionary way, the quality of the local environment and role played by Seaside as a gateway into Eastbourne.

The development is for 23 units and 31 parking spaces comprising of 13 terraced houses (8 three bed, and 5 two bed), 10 flats in two blocks (8 two bed & 2 one bed).

All works are now complete and the properties have successfully been put on the market for sale.

The Practice is delighted that both schemes are being entered for Design Awards.
